2. Base design

Design in Rhinoceros

Tests:

In order to test the size with the board, the first iteration was made in cardboard, fast and cheap.

We placed the board to see how much space did we need.

We also tested the diameter of the holes for the screws in acrylic (wich is the material chosen for the base).

The first test for the motor supports

Then we cut a base in the laser cutter in plywood with the final dimensions, and we fixed all the components.

We placed also the button, and defined the area where the tool should be
