That's me, right?

Most probably a mostly hairless ape learning to make things in fancy ways on fancy machines. Allthough, it's possible that you either know what it is or where it's going. Got my start almost catching my kitchen on fire. Learned not to hurry when melting potassium nitrate and sugar together. Then tried out psychology, got a degree and then bought a welder and never looked back. I am more used to working with my Bio-Analog multifunction combombulators (AKA my hands), but I am currently the owner of a 3D printing business with the desire to learn more about digital fabrication as a whole.

Optimizing Sensitive Filament Storage

I love 3D printing with interesting materials like Nylon and PCTPE, but I constantly find myself avoiding them because I have to dry them overnight and I don't want to wait. I want to create a kind of cartidge system that could hold rolls of filament in a controlled environment and be placed on most 3D printer's filament spool holders without having to remove the filament from the cartridge.
