Design a mold around the stock and tooling that you'll be using, mill it (rough cut + (at least) three-axis finish cut), and use it to cast parts

Designing

I started by design what I wanted to cast and i used solidWorks for designing logo you see below. I used VCarve Pro software to cut the logo, I started by defining the lenght, width, and the height of the material I was going to use it.

Here I calculated the path of the machine for making the logo design.

I made the mirror for making the form works

Here below, it is silcon i used in makiing the form work(mold) Qries

I started to mix the silicon and hardner

After mixing, i started to fill my first formwork(mold)

when i finished to make mold, I started to mix A and B to equal lever

here below, I took my my half section of the mold and I assembled

There is hole which is used to fill that product I mixed it
after fill, I wait in 3 days till that liquid became the solid.

it was long story, because i learnt that products how i will mix them. with my friend helped me to understand those product are used.
