Robot for Emergency Cases ¶
As the first part of the assignment ,this week I worked on defining my final project idea which is a smart obstacle avoiding robot to use in emergency cases . This robot composed by an ultrasonic sensor or a laser sensor, a camera, a mobile app for better control and a global positioning system (GPS)
( What will It do? )Purpose ¶
- In the case of emergency situations, robotic systems play a key role by enabling rescue teams to sense and act at a distance from the emergency site. However, emergencies may take place in any scenario, and there is no guarantee of a communication infrastructure or even access to GPS. In order to perform the mission successfully, there is a need for additional competences in the robotic systems. so here comes the robot role .
Who will use it ¶
- This robot will be used by the rescue team to locate injured citizens and to help saving their lives.
