16. Systems Integration

For me, this week is about figuring out how the project comes together theoretically and physically.

In the design of the project, the microcontroller is designed with all the pins exposed and the output board sits on it like a shield. The input, a soft pressure sensor, only needs to connect to the pins and the GND.

The system integration for this week will be:

  1. to create a casing for the boards
  2. to figure out how to keep the wiring and connections clean/organized

In this iteration, the holes for the screw terminals were placed in wrong and so the gaps on the side do not fit.

Also, the height was also miscalculated!
