16. Interface and application programming

XCode

So while I’m not completely finished with my XCode, I’d like to give you an update on it. My iOS app will be used to deliver easy to read results from using the volleyball mat to the user by using a bluetooth piece to connect the iPhone and the volleyball mat. I would have to ‘leaf’ the bluetooth and the step-tx-rx together in order to deliver the data from the sensors, then to the board, then to the bluetooth board, and then to the phone.

Why I Hate Using XCode

As much as I need it to complete my project, XCode is very clunky and hard to use (or atleast I’m not very skilled at it yet). The tutorials you find online can be very hard to read and can mislead a lot of people, even when they go step by step. No one on the internet will ever know exactly what you need just by a Google search. That’s why I’m going to teach you how to program with XCode and not give up as soon as you open it.

Step One: Downloading

Here’s a pretty helpful link. Please for the love of god do NOT use any other download area.
