Molding and Casting

For molding I looked for a lion design on ThingsIverseClick here to reach the site then put its stl file in Vcarve ti set how I was going to cut it

After Mix A I also weighed MixB the equation is MixA=MixB then I mixed the two then poure dit into te mold

Already poured into the mold. Form completed,to me the face looks beautifully detailed but the red color is because I accidentally touched it while my hands were not cleant yet. This was slightly damaged while removing the form this was due to a mistake that I made because I did not Oil the framework before so I'd suggest to put in some oil in order to remove the model or desired part later.

For casting There are steps to be followed and those are :

Step 1: Select a Mold Making Method & Mold Rubber.

For me I Chose to duplicate my house key in metal so I was going to use a different type of Silicon Rubber while molding with a different ratio of 100A=3B,wit a red color

Step 2: Prepare Sculpture.

The sculpture I chose didn't need many preparations because it is an already made key

Step 3: Measure, Mix & Pour Silicone Mold Rubber + solidifier

Step 4: Demold by removing the container around the solidified Silicone Mold Rubber For my part it wasn't really necessary because the key was at the top

Step 5: Get the shaped object out of the solidified silicone Mold Rubber

Step 6: Melt the metal

Step 7: Pour the molten metal in the Solidified Silicone Mold Rubber

Step 8: Let it solidify

Step 9: Remove the mold on around the molten metal
