Applications and Implications

Project Idea

Is to make a counting and directing attachment that receives the Caps on a slope with a directional gate that directs the cap to different box each time the counter signals the pre-set number of caps.

Go to project tab for more details.

What will it do?

A laser trap counting sensor will be installed at the top of the attachment, it will count the received caps then after reaching the preset count, it will signal to a Servo motor board that will rotate the motor righ or left, this motor is attached to a gating arm that will direct the caps to different cartons.

who has done what beforehand?

I contacted the machine maker of my cap assembley machine and inquired about such attachment, and they said they already do it and quoted to me with 500 USD
