Week 6 - Electronics Design

Electronics Design - a category of software tools for designing electronic systems such as printed circuit boards and integrated circuits. The tools work together in a design flow that chip designers use to design and analyze entire semiconductor chips.

This week assignment is about electronics design. Something that I am not very familiar with but I am very interested to get my hands on it. My buddy, Roy taught me how to do the modification for the PCB.

Adding the push button and LED were not as easy as I thought. Libraries given by FabLab was very useful which make the work easier to complete.

The picture below is the before and after adding the push button and LED to the schematic diagram.

Now the PCB will be ready to be mill out. I am looking forward to the outcome and hope that the PCB will work.

I have already milled out my board and checked on the board. The board seems to be fine.

2) The end product (Hello Echo Board)

The photo below is the end product of the Hello Echo after soldering up all the components.

I am done with Hello Echo Board, I am looking forward to the next lesson on Embedded Programing which I get to program the board. I hope that I will be able to program the board to work. Something to look forward... Cool...!!!
