Computer-aided design

Along my carrier I’ve using diverse software for designing and model in 3D like: Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCad, Inventor, Maya, CATIA, Rhinoceros. The ones I use more are Illustrator and Rhinoceros. Illustrator helps me to convert shapes into vectors so that after it can be exported to others programs (softwares). On Rhinoceros I can model many things I imagine with specific dimension, is very helpful if I want to print something on 3D.  I can say that working with this two software make easier my way to design because, I now the tools and had more time working with them.

For this project I learned to use Thinkercad, Sketchup, inkscape, LibreCad, FreeCad. But with my experience with the others software, this does not have all the tools I need to work with. I still prefer working with Illustrator and Rhinoceros it reduce my time of working.

Computer- aided design is very important for my area, because its a usefull resourse to land our ideas. It also helps for showing clients the ideas and to explain with images what we want to do.
