Hello D -02
the first board has an error, because I was using a crystal but with the capacitors! I built a new PCB
Hello D 01
Drawing the board with “Eagle”
I am totally new with Eagle, and making boards … before my final configuration I made many attempts; here below just some of them:
After my first draw, I had to change some elements because I realized that some of them were wrong … and others were different from the original example; here I changed the resistors because they were too small; checking my SMD physical components, I realized that the switch were another one … I cannot found exactly the same on the library but I used one that looks very similar: I have a TSQRA-T-1.5: 5mm tact switch top actuate SMD a and I’m using the momentary SMD2.
finally I decided for this configuration because it looks clean and I need some space to weld my components …
I generated the PNG and I printed on paper to check the size of the components
The components are really very small, but all of them are ok … or almost: now the resistor ad the switch are correct, but the crystal is wrong!
Last configuration
After changing the crystal, and with this configuration, I realized that I had an error in the button, so I re- generated my board again, and this is the last one:
Finally my board is ready to cut: this is my PNG
Millig in 3 steps:
I decided to use two tools: the 1/64″ endemic to have a good connections specially for the microprocessor and a 1/32″ endmill to remove the copper and cut the external shape, but maybe was not a good decision: the first part is working very very slowly … for the future I will try to configure all my board for 1/32″.
