BACGROUND

In Peru, the patents institute is called National Institute of
Competition Defense and Protection of Inellectual Property (INDECOPI
for its initials in Spanish). Inventions Registration and New
Technologies is among the options of intellectual property in Indecopi
(where my project would qualify).
REQUISITES FOR GETTING A LICENSE
Student creates and documents a license for their final projectAccording
to Peruvian norms, the F-DIN-01/1A format should be filled and
information (description, characteristics, objective, etc.) from two
exemplaries should be attached. Also, a small payment is made. It
should be said that the criteria por validating a patent in Peru are
novelty, inventive activity and industrial application.
