I designed my board in Eagle, I custimized it slightly by working with three different LEDs, since I had enough open pins. I followed the High Low Tech tutorial on how to to program a ATtiny. It took a very long time to design in Eagle, but once I started to feel more confident in the program, each round of designs went faster. I also was able to troubleshoot the board faster, with the assistance of Shawn and Kenzo. After a few rounds of corrections, there was still an issue loading the Boatloader. I couldn't find it anywhere and Shawn helped me to see that the problem was hiding underneath the ATtiny. A drawing of the issue that we were having is listed above. There were two traces that were touching underneath the part, so I heated it up, removed it, fixed the trace with an exacto, and but the part back again. Once I did that, everything was working fine.
After I completed this file, I modified the same file for a human to act as a resistor, rather than having an actual resistor on the board. I made the edits to my Hello Board file, and accidently saved over my older files.
