Discovering New Horizons |
The second week was dedicated especially to meet other design tools.
We had an overview of new softwares (at least to me) that we will use to complete our tasks and especially our final project.
There was an extensive list submitted to us with different tools so we could make a choice about the best way to represent our ideas. Among the many options, I decided to follow a precious advice: "Try all of Them and choose the one Which Seems better to you ".
Initially I wanted to know Inkscape. An opensource program, intuitive and relatively easy to work for people who had already been exposed to it. The tutorials have been very useful in the basic walkthrough process and on the several attempts...

We've also had a brief explanation about an interesting 3D design tool, Rhinoceros. For those who already know AutoCAD, Rhinoceros is surely a shorter path than other options.

Running Out Of Time |
For a simple matter of time, to represent what should probably looks like (or maybe not) my final project, I've decided to use a tool which I am already familiar with.
SketchUp at this stage of the game was a refreshment ...
