FabTinyStar Arduino Support

Preliminary support for the arduino environment, currently testing in experimental phase. The Arduino Integrated Development Environment (IDE) broke pretty badly after version 1.6.9 (starting with toolchain errors in 1.6.10 up to nullpointer exceptions in the current version 1.6.12), so I'd recommend sticking to version 1.6.9 which is the last one known to properly work with this support. Unfortunately at the moment I do not have the time nor the energy to sort this out.

TODO

• Include vusbtiny as firmware and sketch
• Build statically linked i386 versions of micronucleus upload tool for Linux, MacOSX and Windows, (win still needs to be better tested).
• Build micronuleus bootloader firmware variants: default, noLEDP, reset and jumpPB5 including for 12.8MHz, 16.5MHz, ATtiny45 and ATtiny85.
• Port TV-B-Gone as arduino sketch. (still needs a bit of tweaking)
• Fix annoying but harmless error on micronucleus firmware upload.
• ...
• A buttload of testing and most likely some debugging.
• Document install and usage.
• Add some more libraries pre-configured for the FTS.
