ELECTRONICS PRODUCTION
To use modela I have to install fab modules first. To do so, I have used tutorial from Fab Academy website.This is link
for tutorial to Install Fab Modules It is make easy to install fab modules. So I have started installation of fab module.
I download FabISP files from neals page
And then I run a fab module in terminal hence the following window appear.(Img 1)

Select input as PNG, output as Roland Models .rml and click the make_png_rml button to
open the new window.(Img 2)

In the new window, I have to load the particular PNG file of circuit or board outline. In the left
column, click onload PNG
and select file of fasISP circuit. As shown in img 3

In above window first we have to load img (.png) file from respective folder.So that img will appear
on screen After
load png we have click on make path command,so img path will appear

Now select view type 'segment', type-3D plane, offset-2,upside select bits for cutting (1/38) and for
milling PCB (1/64).
I did all this adjust X-Y axis then following window appear

Now click on 'make.rml'so exactly upside you can see'send it' command click on that.Above window will appear
now click on 'begin milling' then modela MDX20 will start working, you see milling with red lines.

Milling exactly done on PCB.So after this I done same procedure for border cutting.I select 'hello.ISP.44.interior
file and change bit size to 1/32 (for cutting)

I remove my circuit board from that copper plate and start soldering of SMD components by using variable voltage gun.
I complte my soldering and I check continuty to see if any short circuit occur while soldering.Below images are of while
engraving and cutting border.After that I solder SMD componants and complete my fabISP.

I took "Smoke Test" chaking for shorts in circuit by connecting it by mini USB cable to my PC. But there is not recieve
any messges. I did it successfully Now I can proceed to Install the necessary software for AVR programming by tutorial

I have AVR ISP to program FAB ISP. I am tried on that too. Here It suggest that there were a hardware issue of FAB ISP. As there
is so I Trying to find out shorts in circuit. And checked whole. So decided to use arduino board.




It wasnt work at all.
