Fab Module Setting

On the fab module, Select SRM-20(.rml) and click process button. 'PCB traces' and 'PCB outline' are usually used. When you make traces, using 1/64 inch endmill and make outline, using 1/32 endmill.

How many offset do you select, non-usable areas that except traces are cut.

Milling the copper boards

The machine what I used is SRM-20. That machine is faster than MDX-20 almost twotimes. First of all I did engraving with 1/64 inch end mill.


Eject my first board, carefully with knife, because why Between Copper board and base, are stick with double side tape.


SMD components for board making are very small, so you lose it easily. So you haveto write down components what you use following schematic, and fix it using tape.


This is the board what I'm first fabricate board. there is no problem and show me fine traces.






The step of Soldering is Do soldering small components to bigger components, and middle to side. In this case I soldered ATTiny44 first.

But there is problem, I confused resonator with crystal. So, I get rid of the wrong one and do soldering resonator.
