hello echo board design

Using Eagle, I designed the 'helloecho' board with the added led and tactile button -- see "files" section below for the files.

The milling went fine... no problems.

After much ado, I was finally able to program the board. Apparently, I thought that I had to run the bootloader again -- in actuality, I did not.
