Molding & Casting
One of my favorites tv-show is ACTION HUNTER in Spain CAZASUBASTAS.
In Barcelona are Business self-storage called Oh my Box! The work of this business is rent a storage like on tv-show.
I do the logo of this business in my moldig & Casting.
#Step 1: Desing
For Desing the logo i used Rhinoceros tools. The size of my wax piece is 90*90*30 so, my desing have the same sice that the wax piece.
Step 2: Export to STL.
When my logo are finished, the next step is export the desing to STL format. Then I open the Fab modules and load the file that I exported.
Make PNG: After load the STL file in the Fab, I make the PNG for view the secctions of molding.
I have some problems with my configuration because the version of my FabModules was old. They dont have some tools that i need to molding correct.
I use 1/8 inch ball-nose on the modela. For the bad configuration Some of the parts of my desing are wrong.
