This week assignement was to make the FabISP in-circuit programmer. We first need to mill the board with the Modela, then we had to solder the components, run few tests, program it and finally removed few parts.

Bas our Tutor showed us how to use the Modela. There are few safety rules and the milling head have to be handled with care. But, overall the Modela is pretty easy to use.

First, we stuck our board on the bed of the machine with double sided tape. Make sure that your PCB board is leveled to the bed, the reason is the milling head has a predetermined depth of milling, like the laser of a laser cutter is focused before the work start.
