The work of this assignment started by downloading the model given the task of circuit. In my case I use the draft corresponding to Andy. I read the enclosed information carefully and image in PNG format, retouching and modifying the resolution size in order to have a suitable image for the use of machine Modela.

Upload the file to perform the first test print, the parameters used are shown in the image

We place a plate on the machine Roland Modela and made ​​the first milling, I did not realize that the regions should be fully liberated copper were not marked so when I send it, only the outline was milled.

Parameters were modified and a second milling was done. We see that by varying the parameters we were able to get the required release copper regions.


It was possible to obtain the required free copper areas  but i realized that the machine ate too much from the edges  of the tracks, which thinned them too much. The further modifications to the milling parameters were performed as shown in picture

The results of the milling and all three tests are shown in following picture

After making the cut outlines three tests, we proceeded to soldier the tracks to begin implementation.

The list of components is met and then proceeded to weld two plates until they are done.

We made the connection and test programming using an additional programmer as shown in Figure

The programming procedure  is described in the transcript shown.
