The goal of modeling this existent robot is to understand how to assemble simple robots using recycling materials, as well as the mecanism and its electric components.
For this exercise I took the robot created by Burhan Saifullah and posted in the webpage "Instructables" . The walking robot works due to a simple mecanism of wire liks connected to its legs, moved by a servo motor. It is made of - among other materials - paper clips, a curtain rail, screws and nuts.
This model was drawn using Rhinoceros, rendered with Vray for Rhino and the images were fixed on Illustrator based on the tutorial, video and pictures of the robot.
