Fab Academy 2014 : Project Presentation

The initial idea was to create a prototype tunnel that could be used to show how the air moving fluids, in this case, an object that can be used in schools, technological institute, university...cheaper

Speaking from the tunnel ...
As the name says one wind tunnel is made to concentrate the air and run in one direction ....
That's the part that makes mechanical but still we have to generate the air ...
we know that in one tunnel air is not blowing rather in the expansion part gets an engine that is going to suck the air out of the tunnel.

What I can comment on the project .. but I apply everything learned during the academy.
Parts of the mechanical structure, were made in the ShopBot, another with the laser cutter, and other with composite materials.
For all of them I make 2D and 3D design.
For my sensor, a motor who generate energy... the mechanical parts was print in the 3D Printer ( replicator 2X).

But I made a wrong interpretation of the shape and to move from the scale 1 to 1/4 scale re-design in the calculations instead of remakes ... why not work well.

And speaking of electronics, because I learned to use the Atiny44, the Atiny45, program them ... and what I found very interesting to see what to do with those 2 microcontrollers.

I decide to finish this scale tunnel and after make another but in 1/2 to verify all my work and correct errors.
