To create the this web site I used wordpress.
These are the steps I followed:
1. Create an account with wordpress
2. Create the title for you site and launch it
3. In the wordpress dashboard
Under the appearance tab
customize: Template, Widgets, Menus, Header and Background.
5. Your site (blog) is now ready to be layered with content.
6. I choose to include all pages under one category but you may choose to customize the layout as you prefer.
7. Use the Dashboard to create and edit your entries
All my entries are created as pages
