I graduated in Industrial Engineering and I'm assistant professor. I like everything about machines and mechanisms. My interests also include human work, comfort and efficiency.I teach Digital Modeling on Equipment Design course. Also have the responsability of Rapid Prototyping Laboratory management at Polytechnic Institute of Guarda.

I work with students of equipment design and all the knowledge that I have been aquired with fabacademy and international netfab has been very usefull. Additionally I have worked with special interest in "magickey" project (www.magickey.ipg.pt).

Very soon we will have Fab Lab Guarda. I have been working hard to finalize fab academy and, at the same time, managing to have the fab machinery. At this time we have the machines but still missing a lot of things, like walls, network, etc. We have been waiting for so long...nevertheless it takes a couple of months more to have it all finished.
