Molding and Casting:
Using Inkscape, I created a grayscale image of the Fab logo to machine in wax on the Modella mini-mill.
The machining went well, but I had to create a dam around the border of the wax with sticks to contain the mold pour.
The quick release mold was oven cured. Hydrostone was used as a casting material.
