17. Invention, Intellectual Property, and Income¶
Individual Assignment¶
- Develop a plan for dissemination of your final project
- Prepare drafts of your summary slide (presentation.png, 1920x1080) and video clip (presentation.mp4, 1080p HTML5, < ~minute, < ~10 MB) and put them in your root directory
There is no central copyright registering/recording body in Bhutan but the Intellectual Property Division under the Ministry of Economic Affairs is looking for the prospect for setting up a voluntary registration for copyright works. I don’t have any plans for commercializing my project as it is simple to make but one with no knowledge on electronics and fountain making might be interested in purchasing my Fountain lamp if Commercialized. For now all I want to do is first show it to my friends and families and get their feedback on how it looks, and since its affordable I am planning to make custom designed fountains lamps for the ones who would love to have a fountain lamp with a speaker.

For the presentation slide I used Canva an online image editing platform as it is user friendly and has lots of features;

I used Canva, an online image and video editting software to edit my video, and used some online video editting and video compressing platfores which are user friendly and free to use;
