MODULAR ROBOT

This week I worked on defining my final project idea and started to getting used to the documentation process.

I have been working with different robotics kits and electronic equipment for years, and I have been able to observe the strengths and weaknesses of each one

ELECTRONIC

LEGO EDUCATION

Especially the lego kits are very good for teaching, but then when the students want to make the leap to do a real job and start looking for electronic material, they find a wall that, although with dedication and study is overcome, ends for discouraging many to give the balance to the most real and personal robotics, because everyone wants to take the robot home and enjoy trying different constructions, have fun with the robotics, but for a cost reason it is not usually available to all a lego kit, also requires great care, because to get a replacement for a particular part or electronic component is usually very difficult to get and expensive in Peru.

So the impact I want with this project is that every child willing to learn robotics can access a robotics kit that works with electronic components that are easy to obtain in the market, where each electronic component can be used in multiple ways, and that motivates the child to compete with others, through games, where the desire to be better will motivate the child to learn topics such as programming, mechanical design, 3d printing, etc.
