19. Project Development

This week assignment is simply to document how im working on my final project and answer those questions .

what tasks have been completed, and what tasks remain?

1 - 3d modeling the final case.

2- Design the final board.

3- Write the code.

4- PCB milling and soldering is done.

5- 40% of documentation of the final project.

6- BIO-material for the blades done.

What tasks remain?

Laser cut acrylic.

Cable management the wires

what has worked? what hasn’t?

The board and the code worked perfectly, but the 3D printed case does not work.

what questions need to be resolved?

That why the light sensor does not read the sun light out door but it reads the inside light!!!

What will happen when?

laser cut and 3d printing the packging by 10th of Nov. Cut the new board ‘with power supply’ by 15th of Nov. Compelete Final project documentation by 25th of Nov.

What have you learned?

For me as an architect i have learned ALOT about electronics and coding and how it is work beside interactive design and digital fabrication.

2- I have learned about Bio materials alot and how we can crate material from our daily useable food.

3- I have learned about parametric design and how it works such as Grasshopper besides digital fabrication and Python for grasshopper.

4- I have learned about soft robotics and i admire it so im planning to take fabriacademy after i finish fab academy.
