8. Recommendations

• The CO sensor is not self calibrated. Before use it should be calibrated in a 100 PPM CO controlled environment, which is not accessible to target users. Using a self calibrated sensor would make the system more reliable and accurate.

• The read cycle of CO sensor is once per 150 second, through which the system is considered blind. Using a sensor having shorter reading period or updating simultaneously would make the system faster and more responsive.
