19. Project development¶
Complete your final project, tracking your progress: what tasks have been completed, and what tasks remain? what’s working? what’s not? what questions need to be resolved? what will happen when? what have you learned?

what tasks have been completed, and what tasks remain? what’s working? what’s not?¶
I started my final project in 2020. The main idea of my final project was fabricate a demonstration device for teaching the Strength of Material. I completed my final project at the same year. My initial plan was that I used an operational amplifier in my board, but it was too challenging task to me. I had to change plan. I made final project without an operational amplifier. I can demonstrate elasticity phenomena, but values are not accurate without operational amplifier.
what questions need to be resolved?¶
I have solved all questions. Thanks for local instructors. Only an operational amplifier device is still great challenge to me. I have researched operational amplifier technique during two years. After Fab Academy studies, I want to make device with an operational amplifier.
what will happen when?¶
Step 1. I need to study strain gauge technique first.
Step 2. Design PCB of device
Step 3. Fabricate of PCB
Step 4. Programming
Step 5. Fabricate (3D printing) box for PCB.
what have you learned?¶
I have learned how to design, fabricate and program electronic device. This has been huge adventure. Now I know how to start fabricate process. I have learned to make almost anything.
