This week assessment is talking about my final project and know some details about it. Following questions should be answered.
What will it do?
Who's done what beforehand?
There are many more Cat Feeder's, but this cat feeder was built based on Low cost, so everyone who needs this machine will be able to own it
There are many websites that sell such a machine as:
petnet Iseebiz Automatic Cat Feeder
What will you design?
I will design the internal structure of the machine, so that there will be a part for the food carry and a part for the engine carrying.
Also I will design an electronic board
What materials and components will be used?
One of the materials that I will use for the structure. Acrylic black with a thickness of 5 mm.
For the internal structure of the material PLA.
For the electronic part, these parts are used:
servo motor
Wires
Batteries
LED
atmega328p
Resistors
Capacitors
16MHZ crystal
3D printed part and laser cut acrylic parts
Where will come from?
I will manufacture it in the lab and most of the pieces will probably be in the lab and most of them are on the market I will buy them
How much will they cost?
As for the parts that I will need, it will not cost much and all of them are low, meaning that the total cost of the machine will cost less than 50 $ .
What parts and systems will be made?
In this regard, I will design the exterior of the machine so that the design will be excellent and I will design the internal part that forms the main part of this machine, and for the electronic part I will also design it, so that only 10% of the parts will be unable to be designed like a servo motor.
What processes will be used?
3D and 2D Designing using fusion 360
Laser Cutting
Circuit designing done in Eagle
Electronics Production
Electronics Programing For programing the board using ArduinoIDE
What questions need to be answered?
I think there is no question that I would like to ask because, in my view, everything seems clear
How will it be evaluated?
When implementing the project, I will be able to evaluate it better, after which I will be able to take notes to evaluate the project and from the assessments that I have recorded for the project the low cost, portability, low noise and flexibility of use.
