Laser cutting the parts
First of all, I laser cut all the parts into a 3mm sheet of acrylic. You can find the plans into the sources of the site here.

Folding
For the mirror part, I need to fold it at a precise angle. To do that I used a hot folding machine. You can see the steps below :

Chamfering
Has I want to have a very flat design, I need to use countersunk head screw ( M3 TFHC ). So, to do that, I used a
chamfering cutter on every hole depending their positions. You can see all the process below :

The shell has been 3D printed :

After that, as I need to fix the shell to the below plate and to the rest of the system, I decided to insert threaded metallic pieces into the shell as you can see below :

Conclusion
Now that all the parts are fabricated, we can now assembled the project.
