Q2.What tasks have been completed, and what tasks remain?

    I am done with tasks.
  • Done with CAD desigining.
  • Done with 3D-printing parts.
  • Done with main body's CNC cutting.
  • Don with main body's assembly.
  • Done with laser cutting parts.
  • Done with mobile application.
  • Done with stepper motor's testing.
  • Done with wire feeding.

  • Following task are need to be completed.
  • Bluetooth communication with mobile application.
  • Z-axis motor assembly.
  • Coding.
  • Final testing.

  • Q3. how will I complete the remaining tasks in time?

  • As I am documentating my final project and other assignment with time so I can use my time on completeling the remaining task.
  • Currently I am working on the z-axis motor.
  • And one to two hours are enough for the mobile apllication and hc-05 bluetooth communication.
  • And hopefully I will complete the coding in a day or two-days.

  • Q4. What has worked?

    Following things are working now.
  • In starting there was alot issues in the feeding mechanism but I resolved it and mow feding properly.

  • Mobile application is working properly.
  • Servos are moving accuratly fro bending.
  • atmega328p microcontroler board is ready.

  • Q5. what hasn't?

  • Still now I have resolved the issues, the main issue was feeding the wire but I have been switched to the next option and now it is working, otherwise every thing is properly working till now.

  • Q6. what questions still need to be resolved?

  • How much wire should be feed at once?
  • What design or patterns sholud be to made?

  • Q7. what have you learned?

I have learned a lot, though I am from Mechatronics background so far it was not too much dificult for me.
  • PCB Designing, Milling and Soldering.
  • 2D 3D Designing.
  • 3D Printing.
  • Working on CNC machines big like shopbot, laser cut..
  • Vinyl Cutting.
  • Press-Fit Techniques.
  • Manual Drilling.
  • Arduino Programming on differnet boards.
  • Networking.
  • Making application and Interfacing it with circuits.
