Integration¶
Glass Structure¶
First I tried to assembly the acrylic parts together for the structure of servo motors
Then tried to assembly them with the MDF sheet ‘Main Structure of the Facade’ , but I found it’s hard … So I unpack all of them again after taking about 45 min.s to assembly them. Then I started to assembly each column acrylic of servo motor with the MDF sheet. Then fixed the two front acrylic sheets.
Finally, it works!
but it doesn’t press fit 100%. I noticed that in the acrylic parts

Fixation 3d Printing Parts¶
Fixation Panels with Servos¶
For this step I remembered an important thing that I made… I forgot to draw holes in the front glass. These holes to fix the panels with the servo by wires. I don’t have more time or material ‘acrylic3mm’ in this time to redo it. I don’t know how I forgot that!
So I used the screw holes in the glass ‘the press fit was good’ So I didn’t need all of these screws, So I used it to pass the wires from the panels to servo motors. The result is so bad! because these holes doesn’t designed for this function and its places doesn’t match with the wires.
