The assignment is to develop a plan for dissemination of the final project, prepare a summary slide (presentation.png, 1920x1080) and a video clip (presentation.mp4, 1080p HTML5, less than a minute, less than 10 MB) and put them in my root directory. I will not use mp4 because it requires to comply with patents in some countries. I will publish in webm.
In order to make the project well known, it is important to use other people's voluntary dissemination work. Others will talk about your work if it is considered interesting to others that listen to them. So, I must show that my project is interesting to my target audience, no matter how the word gets to them.
The project is interesting to my target audience if it complies with the following:
I need to show how each of these qualities is possible with photos or sketches on the slide and a videoscript or an inspirational video.
If I am able to show a feasible solution to telecommunications, my project will be known throughout.
The device is designed to have 4 links. They provide great extensibility. So people must have motivation to interconnect. This will expand the network. When the network expands, it adds value to it. So people will in turn be more interested in connecting to the network. It is like a fishing net in the telecommunications' sense and in the dissemination's sense.
WiFi gratis access to this separately interconnected network can be negotiated with individuals, government and non-government agencies as well as private enterprizes that wish to connect to their servers. It could be used as a way to promote themselves. They could also share their excess international connection bandwidth. Good filtering and proxying must be put in place to avoid bandwidth cluttering.
There are already people interested in this project. But it must not be offered as a working solution before it is market grade. So the best disemination can be if it is a good product.

There is nothing easier to disseminate than something which is cheaper or better or noveller than the current status quo. People love to look smart, fashionable and informed.
This technology I am using is not new. Perhaps it is more that 1000 years old. I am just applying new technology as much as others have. So it is public knowledge which is not patentable. Also, those parts of the project which are new, are and always will be published by me. So it is impossible to patent.
On the other hand, I am an activist and oppose patents. :-) So I would like all society to peruse my inventions.
People that are interested in being connected will be joyful to purchase the needed hardware.
Small, medium and large enterprizes will be interested in communications. They will purchase their hardware.
Individuals want to be connected. Some will purchase the hardware.
Governments and communities want to establish networks. They will also finance the hardware.
In short, if it is a viable alternative from the economical standpoint, the project will have the needed financial contributions comming.
Trademarks are a way to identify some supplier. They help the user get information about products and services. I think that I will register TeleKIT. But will freely allow anyone that wants to make good use of it to peruse the brand as long as they do not damage the brandname.

Is this licencing viral? Will it free all Internet? Perhaps it will because nobody reads licenses.
