I make this machine to get better the process,but without losing the artisan process, this ceramic workshop make tableware, sets of coffee express, tea, liqueur, utilitarian pottery and other decorative items, three people work in this place and They have a limited production like 400 - 500 pieces per month, the machine will focus on a single process controlling the amount of ceramic liquid will be filled in the production molds, this will allow other processes to be carried out while the machine is in operation, therefore it can be said that there will be an increase in production.

For my final project will be anchored to a CNC machine, the machine will have all the motors in the head for more liberty and more multifunctional, the system that I will perform is for facility an artisanal process, the system is a injector of liquid ceramic in a mold, the system must drop the required amount in each mold, is controlled with the movement of the CNC machine.

The machine will have a sensor to measure the liquid ceramic to fill each mold, with this sensor the machine will recognize if the mold need more liquid, and in this case the system fill up until the sensor indicates that is full, for the displacement is based in a moving of a machine CNC with a steppers motors to have accuracy.
