The weekly assignment started with the simple tasks:
1. The development of the project.
Q1. what tasks have been completed, and what tasks remain?
1. Tasks Completed:
i) The designing of the mail structure has been done in solidworks.
ii) Raspberry pi b+ has been used in the project for precessing. As per the reqirnement Project board is also done and programed for ultarasonic sensor.
iii) The Cutting part of the MDF has done on epilog laser cutter.
iv) Milling of the project is done by modela machine.
2. Remaining tasks:
As per my thinking, designig and plan all the things has been coverd. I do not have any remaining
task.
Q2. What is the deadline? How much time do I have left?
The deadline for this is to get the project completed before the project presentations, for which the alloted slot for me is on 15th of june. So I have 5 days from now to complete the work.
Q3. what has worked? what hasn't?
The system is working as I wanted to. Input and output is coming accuretly. The project board is also working.
Q4. what questions still need to be resolved?
No questions are there to resolved.
Q5. what have you learned?
In the making of this project I learnt diffrent things.
1. Mechanical Designig:
As I alredy working with fusion 360 I got the chance to work with it again. And I learnt few more things about the software.
2. Electronics designig and programming:
In this part I learnt about ultrasonic sensor, not full but bit of raspberry pi b+.
3. The most important thing is I learnt how to plan things and work along with other tasks. sometimes things happens as you have planed sometimes they dont. The way to tackle between the desperation of development and the fact of avilable resources. and the ability to manage things in time and budget.
