Aim:

To analyse the path towards the development of the project.

This poses us a few question that have to be answered so we could keep the track of the progress, but the value of the questions changes as the days progress hence refering the date the current of the updation of the page, following we could conclude as the progress of the project.

What is the dead line and remaining time??

Currently the deadline set is to get the project completed before the project presentations, for which the alloted slot for me is on 15th of june.
But considering a few moments of buffer time, the date I am considering is to be 14th of june.

Hence looking today as 10th of june, I have 4 days to get my task done.

What tasks are completed and what are yet to be done?

For the current situation the assembly of the project has been done, along with the electronic components, the boards have been manufactured, and all the components have been tested.
Things actually had to be planned using a gant chart as seen here..

How would the tasks be completed in the rest of the time?

Considerably the only task left is to program the board and get it in action, along with compiling the video and slide.
For this I am quite sure that it would be completed in the due time.

What has worked till date?

Till date I have been able to make the machine stand, program the board with basic programs to test it's working.

Also all of the electronic components have been tested individually including the motors, vaulves, relays, and drivers.

What has not worked till date?

The only thing to be upgraded in the machine is to upload the a actual program that would give out the bhel, and that has been under working progress and would be completed in due time.

What were the learning outcomes?

This project along with the process has been a great learing adventure where I was able to work with a lot of things that would be unsed in the future challenges to come.
Following listed are few of the things I learnt significantly:-

1. The ability to manage things in mere time and budget
2. The aspects and considerations that have to be taken care of when designing a project on a blank concept
3. The tendency to keep short goal, achieve the satisfaction and hop on to get the next one
4. Basic technical knowledge about designing and electronincs that has to be integrated
5. Apart from the techinical aproach I was able to learn few of philosophical and few psychological aspects, those being:-
   • The tendency of people you have to face when you work
   • The ability to work in secluded working conditions
   • The way to tackle between the desperation of development and the fact of avilable resources
   • The tendency of people to expect exceptional in the least possible provisions
   
   These I felt are few crucial things, that you need to learn and deal with when you are into development.
