Our epoxy is Korean.
Here is the link to get datasheet.

Point

-3~4 minutes for mixing.
-6~8 hours for first tack curing time.
-24 hours for full curing.
-1 hours at the temperature of 50 to 60Âșc for thermal curing.

To do it, we spread soybean oil as releasing agent.
We spread it into packaging pack.

And then inhaled with vaccum cleaner.

That is the basic process of composite.

my assignment

my assignmentmy assignment
At first, my file was like the above.
The side was hard to cut.
So we should change the side of it.
my assignmentmy assignment
I chose to 'back' of surface.
Now it's okay to cut.

I already explained feedrate and rpm on week7
Isopink is different material from wood.
That is the proper feedrate and rpm for Isopink.
ss I used 10mm flat endmill for rough cut.
12mm ball endmill for finish cut.
my assignment
CNC was cutting.
my assignment
The result.
my assignment
With almost same process as group assignment, I put vinyl above the result.
Because I had to seperate burlap from isopink.

Result

my assignment
Packing.
We should wait 24 hours to get result.
(Because that is the time needed epoxy harden.)

Done~!
