Machine design

On machine design we try to make refer to shopbot for making small CNC machine by using plastic material. But it failed because it doesn't moving very well on plastic material and gain our step motor it has low power(force) by complier than what we refer

Actually in short, Our step motor is not support our machine because is to heavy.

Actually this week it group assignment me i try to work on cutting and assembling all part of our machine.

On this image below it shows gear of our machine after milling.

This image below shows the gear after attached on stepper motor.

On this image below we try to fix the bed or basement of our machine.

Here i try to fix sides parts on our machine with my collegue.

Here also we try to put stand for z-axis on our machine in order to move forward and reverse.

Challenges.

Actually first of all the challenges we have face on it materials like stepper which doesn't have enough power to drive gear. Second is material we have use when we are cutting all part (which STARBOARD or MTM),Actually this material it is not able to move very well because of it heavy that why it doesnt move forward and reverse in easy way.

Analysing and solving technical issues

As we are group we try to see how to make solution.

The Only possible solution we were thinking is to make the new machine which have able to move by using chain in order to use MTM

Actualy,After our machine failed to run we try to sit as group to seen what we can do. By changing mechanism of machine.
