Week 18
Invention, intellectual property, and income

The objective of this assignment were:
  • Develop a plan for dissemination of your final project.
  • Prepare drafts of your summary slide (presentation.png, 1920 x 1080) and video clip (presentation.mp4, 1080p HTML5, < ~minute, < ~10 MB) and put them in your root directory.

Invention
Project / Complete product: At this stage, the creation of the prototype has not yet been completed. It is expected to have a functional project but to perform an analysis of the improvements for a finished product.
Documentation: The file repository will contain the files for the reproduction of the project, which shows the steps for the project and also the additional improvements if desired to build the product in the future.
Standardization: The whole project has been made with parametric design, so that it is completely adaptable to different dimensions, depending on the use.

Intellectual property
License: Since most of the design is published online in an open format and is available to the general public, a Creative Common license is appropriate.
What is Creative Commons? It is a Creative Commons license (CC) is one of several public copyright licenses that allow the free distribution of a work protected by copyright. A CC license is used when an author wishes to grant people the right to share, use and develop a work that he / she has created.
Types of License
The most appropriate type of license I think is ATRIBUTTION-NON COMMERCIAL-NO DERIVATES, since this is a prototype that is in development, and it is not convenient for me to authorize possible derivative works, and less commercial use. The aspiration system and the engine system is still in testing and I can improve it.
This project is licensed under a CC-By-NC-ND (Attribution-Non Commercial-Non derivate) Creative Commons license
I used the CREATIVE COMMONS licenses because this type of license was born to share and reuse the creation works under certain conditions. With the Creative Commons licenses, the author authorizes the use of his work, but the work remains protected.
