PCB are usually manufactures by chemical etching( with iron chloride or ammonium per sulfate). This is not very practical process, its messy and somewhat dangerous. PCB's can also be made by mechanical etching in which trace is etched by milling away copper. This requires to generate tool path from layout. Lots of companies make routers for PCB fabrication, but they are unjustifiably expensive so i decided to build one.
