SELF BALANCING ELECTRIC SKETEBOARD
Introduction
So as per a research conducted there are a lot of companies importing the parts from outside borders . The minimum cost of an electric skateboard in India is 700 USD to 1000 USD due to same same. So I have an idea to decrease it to 300 USD to 350 USD over here so that it can be easily available to a much larger crowd and the product becomes more far reaching.

Getting started with Mechanical Design
So I in future I want to start a business on this electric scooters and bicycles and also on skateboards.
So I have started designing of my skateboard just rough pencil sketch.

Recent work
Next morning , I was fully charged and I ended up actually sketching the way I want my project to look like and sketched caricatures.
The components i am using in this project are:-
6.5 inch hub motor
RF module circuit
Battery
Motherboard
So my idea is to make design of RF module on printed circuit board so i will do that in comming weeks.
I will add some more features as early as possible

The problem is my imagination of my project because I didnt do any research of the material. so some material I cant get them in india so I have to import those.
so I went trough all the websites of ebike and hoverboard but our bujget is low and we want a quality material.
so along research I got an idea that I went to the company called U BOARD INDIA and i meet the MD of the company and just presented with him about my project and also about fabacademy so he was interested and exited and he gave me the motor, motherboard and also battery in the cheaper price and high quality.
Thank god i got all the material in the budget
But the problem is in this motor there is only single side sraft but I tried to get doble sidded sraft so I have changed the design again

I have designed a remote because i wanted to use my skateboard in wireless connection so I want to fix my joystick and RF transmiter in this remote.

So I started Mechanical part.............
I took all the body material from the scrab of our collage..
Before I started my work I make sure that machines and all the material are in condition. Safety First :) or eles it may gose wrong.
