| for this assigment I decided to make something usefull for my final project and a that is a lower lid replacement with fake shaft for my servomotors. Designining the mold: I used Autodesk Inventor to design the mold.

A short video of the process: The result:   For casting I mixed Polyester Resin, "Cobalt" (Activator-1.5%), "Peroxid" (Catalyst-0.5%), Monostyrene (solvent-the necesary to get the correct viscosity) :   In the picture above you can see that I needed a countermould, so I designed and printed it.
