ABOUT ME

me

The design and technology always attracted my attention. I am 24 year old.

In the 2006 I was graduated from School with profound studies of foreign lenguages and the same year I entered at the Diplomatic Academy, choosing carrear of International economist. At the same time I studied in Switzerland, having the russian-swiss programme of Business administration, organized by the Diplomatic Academy of Moscow.

Then, in 2009 I travelled to Perú to study Administration of entreprise. Here, I got to know the world of digital fabrication, thanks to fablab. It was interesting for me to learn about the 3D printing and laser cutting.

Thanks to my administration vision, I saw a lot of possiblities to use this technology. In my opinion, living in the 21th century requares not only to know how to work with new information and methods, but also to be aware of "how to make almost everything". I mean, we should use the technology like mobile phone, computer, 3D printer, knowing how and what it is made of. It is really important that kids get to know how funcions his nice electric helicopter toy. This is the way our sociaty will pass to another level of development.

As for me, it wasn´t easy to select an idea for my final project due to the fact that there are lot´s of interesting things to explore and to make! Thanks to the internet we´ve got an access to lots of information. The majority of professions that appeared in 20th century have as a base the knowledge of the methods of working with a new information and universal methods of analysis. This happens because constantly every year, every mounth or every day appear a new technology on the market, I mean computers, mobile phones, wearable devices, printers, machines, etc. That´s why it´s so important to be able to analyse a new information or method of work, accept it and apply it.

From the industrial revolution, the demography situation on the planet has changed dramatically; happened an integration of electronics in our everyday lifes; a lot of human neccesities are satisfied with the help of technology progress; the education that you obtained 5 years ago is not up-to date any more and you´ve got to renew your knowledge every day. This is the world we live in. I´ve no doubts that at schools the chidren (boys and girls) have to learn engineering basics aplying interactive methods.
