What follows is an Animation that was built using Google Sketchup (not an open-sourced but a free software). Blender is super-rich (in my perspective) and it is going to take some time for me to get accustomed with Blender. Besides, it is not only about getting accustomed, it is more about one's imagination!
I am lacking at both at this moment.
Following is the first look of enclosure for Hearing Aid – the final project at Fabacademy 2014. It comes with 2 notes for now -
1) The enclosure's engineering desing itself needs to be reworked and corrected to great extent.
2) Design and Animation in sketchup will improve with improved skills and understanding.
Hearing Aid – Enclosure V0.1
Google Sketchup is a very good tool, to put one's imagination into visible form. The one that was used for this sketch and animaiton was Sketchup Make.
Following is another animation – that of head phone for the Hearing Aid. Credit goes here. I just modifed it to a small extent, in order to understand how it has been sketched. It is largely the same file, with small modifications and/or manual replication of parts such as Earpiece and the Audio Jack. The Animatin was generated using modified sketch.

A few Notes
1) Acc/to historical studies, reserach and hence designs of Hearing Aid, it is important to have Headphones, fitted in a specific mould, both for producing great results and for physical health of the user. The animated headphone does not comply with this wisdom. And eventually it should. The phase of “Design of Headsets” might not be included in the scope of this project.
2) For now, or may be for a long time later too, the Headphones for this Hearing Aid, would be purchased off the market from already proven providers. This will surely impact the spirit of open source. However, in near future, once the electronics and pacakging of Hearing Aid is fixed, we will move on to making of Headphones, hence able to releast the designs, compling to the accepted standards.
