The first step to be done is to solder the PCB prepared on a previous step. You can see how the blank for this job looks like on the picture below.

After the assembly there is another step to be taken - burn the programmer compiled code on the device. This action is done by another programmer. When all the steps are finished our device is ready to be called a "programmer" and is able to performs burns on ISP connected Atmel chips.
