Modelling final project, first draft

This time I worked to prepare general idea of the final project's mechanics and work out dimensional approximations. The results were prepared with Autodesk's Inventor (2013).

To understand general idea, here are several pictures of the final assembly. The assembly represents the electronic construction kit concept.

The construction kit consists of two types of modules, white bigger module and red smaller module. Each module is a set of flat part presented bellow.

Smaller red boxes are cubes with 45 mm side. Bigger white box is meant to be 3 times longer than a red box. Main idea for this modelling phase and further production of a press-fit set is to find an ergonomic form for the electronic construction set, meaning, that no actual electronics is taken into account or being implemented. The results of this phase will be taken into account for further brainstorming the construction set itself.
