Hello Microphone input

For this assignment I chose to make the hello mic board, it was also a opportunity to test the piezo as a vibration sensor input, towards my final project. Programming in Python went well, no issues with the make files. I was pleased to see the piezo sensor behave as I hoped it would in the output window.
